The Intercultural Counseling & Coaching Center is designed as a structured extension of academic training in psychology. It provides selected advanced students with supervised practical experience that connects theoretical knowledge with responsible professional application in Berlin’s international environment.
Within a clearly defined non-clinical framework, the Center combines intercultural competence, methodological rigor, and reflective practice. The following elements outline the academic structure and professional standards that guide participation in the program.

The Center integrates linguistic and cultural competencies into the counseling process, reflecting Touro University Berlin’s diverse international environment.
Following initial preparation in English, sessions may also be offered in additional languages depending on student qualifications.
Only selected students at an advanced stage of their psychology studies are admitted to the program.
Specialized Preparation
Participants complete structured training in evidence-based counseling and coaching methods prior to client engagement.
Continuous Supervision
All counseling activities are conducted under close and ongoing supervision by experienced faculty members.
Educational Framework
The service operates within a non-clinical training model; a €25 contribution per session applies, and the first supervisory consultation is free of charge.
