Meet the People Behind the Mentorship
The program brings together leaders from different industries. Students are matched with professionals including CEOs, investors, legal experts, healthcare leaders, and venture capital specialists. Each mentor works with one student, allowing focused conversations and personalized guidance.

Yoni Cohen
Head of Contract Negotiation and Strategy, KPMG

A lawyer specializing in international transactions and corporate negotiations. His work focuses on complex global deals and cross-cultural negotiation.

Dr. Hinrich Holm
CEO, Investitionsbank Berlin
Leads Berlin’s public investment bank and supports initiatives in affordable housing, digital transformation, and climate protection. His work connects business, government, and innovation in Berlin and across Europe.

Dr. René K. Munser
Head of Charité’s Deutsches Herzzentrum Berlin Academy

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare management, strategy, and operations, he brings extensive experience working with complex organizations and international stakeholders.

Prof. Susanne Porsche
Investor and Film Producer
A German film and television producer and business angel who invests in technology and social impact ventures. She was named Europe’s Female Business Angel of the Year in 2018 and works with networks across the European startup ecosystem.

Dr. Sebastian Reddemann
CEO, VHV Versicherungen AG
An expert in insurance and risk management with an academic background in mathematics, physics, and economics. He previously taught at Touro Berlin and is president of the Friends of Touro University Berlin.
