Professor Wolf is a full-time faculty member and Professor of Management. She teacheses in the fields of Finance, Accounting and Management, including Financial Statement Analysis, and Advanced Business Applications. From 2012 to 2014, Professor Wolf served as Dean of Undergraduate Programs and was a member of Touro College Berlin’s rectorate. She currently chairs the examination board of the undergraduate programs.
Before joining Touro College Berlin, Professor Wolf held several positions at international companies in the UK and Germany for more than fifteen years. Her areas of responsibility have been, among others, coordination of credit ratings, controlling and reporting processes, international project management, and conducting international audits.
Professor Wolf received her graduate degree in Economics from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster and her doctorate from Universität Duisburg-Essen. She wrote her doctoral thesis on National Business Systems and conducted comparative research on national institutions in the UK and Germany. Her current research is linked to the established relevance of culture for national change and continuity, institutionalism in general, and institutionalism particularly linked to capital markets and their regulation. A second area of research interest is pedagogy in higher education, with a focus on explorative learning. Professor Wolf holds the Berlin Certificate for Teaching in Higher Education.
