Founding Dean MBA program
Dean, Professor Paul A Kiefer, J.D., LL.M., and B.S: and B.A. has studied law at Columbia and Villanova Universities and engineering and liberal arts at Rutgers University.
Before coming to Touro College Berlin, he was in private law practice for 30 years during which his work included issues commercial and trans-national matters, taxation and lobbying the U.S. Congress and Federal regulatory agencies. He has held positions with the United Nations in the Gaza Strip, the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission and peacekeeping forces in the Sinai Desert.
He served as a military judge, and taught for 35 years part-t-time as an adjunct at a number of universities including Humboldt University and Georgetown University where he was an associate member of the Graduate Business Faculty. He has been a member of the Belrin Brandenburg Regional Board (American Chamber of Commerce in Germany) and President of the American German Business Club–Berlin.
Professor Kiefer is the Founding Dean of the MBA Program at Touro College Berlin.
