Noemi Castellanos de Küter has lived and worked on both sides of the Atlantic. With her strong background in management roles for international companies, she brings a great set of experience into her lectures. Her fields of expertise include launching of new businesses, internal and corporate communication, cultural diversity management and international marketing.
Noemi is currently enrolled at the International School of Management in Paris and St. Johns College in New York as a candidate for the PhD in Entrepreneurship and Management. She expects to finish by 2012.
In 1993 she received her MBA in International Marketing from Hartford University and her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and French Literature from the University of Nevada, Reno.
She is fluent in Spanish since she spent her childhood in Bolivia, South America.
Mrs. Castellanos de Küter has been actively involved with the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany, allowing her to build a strong network with the top management of German and American companies. Numerous executives are guest speakers at her lectures and many offer consulting projects to her students.
Noemi has been a lecturer for the undergraduate program at Touro College Berlin for courses in Entrepreneurship, Management and Marketing. She also lectures at the HTW Berlin in International Marketing and offers seminars in the fields of Networking, Business Etiquette and Business Across Cultures.
