Dr. Noga Hartmann
graduated in Jewish and Islamic studies as well as in the history of the Near East from Bar-Ilan University in Israel. In 2005, she received her PhD in religious studies with special emphasis on Islam. She taught in Israel and in Germany. From 2006 through 2009, she taught religious studies at the University of Potsdam. Since 2006 she has taught Jewish studies and philosophy at Touro College Berlin. Since 2009, she has been the director of the Heinz-Galinski Elementary School in Berlin.
